What does flat rate fare mean?
You’ll be charged one fare for one-way rides to include all passengers and total miles.
Difference between Standard and Platinum membership?
Standard gives you 20% off each ride. You get 20 rides/mo for Platinum (25 mi p/trip).
How many luggage bags are included in my ride?
Riders are allowed 2 bags. Some vehicles are equipped to handle as many as 16+ bags.
What are the time constraints in scheduling a ride same day?
Rides must be booked 3 hrs prior to pickup. Last minute service is not available!
Can I cancel my reservation for a full refund?
NO REFUNDS! If cancelled 1-hr prior to pick up, you may receive or transfer ride credit.
How large of a group can your company accommodate?
As many as your group requires! We can use multiple vehicles as well as contract out with our 30-60 seat transportation partners.
