These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of transportation services provided by iShuttle ATL Inc(“iShuttle,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). By booking, purchasing, or using our services, clients (“you,” “rider,” or “customer”) agree to these Terms in full.


1. User Agreement and Service Acceptance

1.1 Service Use
By utilizing iShuttle ATL Inc services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All rides must be scheduled by appointment with a minimum 72-hour notice.
  • All services require prepayment at the time of booking.
  • You will provide accurate contact information, pickup details, and any special accommodation requirements at the time of scheduling.

1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian to book or use our services.

1.3 Conduct
Riders must maintain respectful conduct and comply with driver instructions that pertain to safety and service delivery. Any behavior deemed unsafe, threatening, or unlawful may result in refusal of service.


2. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

2.1 Service Level Commitment
iShuttle strives to provide professionalism, timeliness, and exceptional service, which are considered Paramount to our brand. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

2.2 Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • iShuttle is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events outside our control.
  • iShuttle is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during transport.
  • The maximum liability for any claim related to service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.

2.3 Vehicle and Driver Standards
All company and contract drivers are required to maintain:

  • Satisfactory background checks
  • Drug/alcohol testing compliance
  • Up-to-date MVR screenings
  • Current registration and insurance
  • Vehicles that meet year, maintenance, and cleanliness standards

iShuttle performs periodic random checks; however, we disclaim liability beyond reasonable inspection.

2.4 Health and Safety
Vehicles are sanitized after each ride to promote passenger safety. iShuttle does not guarantee protection from illness or exposure but follows industry-standard sanitation practices.


3. Booking, Cancellation, and Payment Policies

3.1 Appointments

  • 72-hour scheduling notice is required for all bookings.
  • Appointments are confirmed only after full payment is received.

3.2 Pricing Structure
Pricing is based on factors including distance, mileage, fuel cost, and location-specific variables. iShuttle reserves the right to adjust pricing as needed.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Upon cancellation, a full credit will be issued for a future ride to expire 30 days from initial cancellation.
  • Services may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.
  • Booked rides are transferable to other members and approved non-member guests.
  • No-shows are exempt from receiving any credit and are considered a forfeiture of the service. No-shows constitute any booked ride scheduled where the client is not present upon driver arrival, and with no call or cancellation of service within a 1-hour of scheduled pickup.

3.4 Driver Payments (Internal Policy Disclosure)

  • Company drivers are compensated based on a percentage of passenger fares, paid within 72 hours of the completed shift.
  • Hourly company drivers receive $20/hr plus a gas allowance based on government fuel guidelines.

3.5 No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to appear at the scheduled pickup location at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show, and fees are forfeited.

3.6 Service Refusal
iShuttle reserves the right to refuse service for:

  • Safety concerns
  • Violations of these Terms
  • Improper conduct
  • Noncompliant vehicles operated by contract drivers

4. Privacy and Data Protection Terms

4.1 Information Collection
We collect essential information such as:

  • Name, phone number, email, and payment details
  • Pickup and destination information
  • Driver credential data for contractors

4.2 Use of Data
Your information is used exclusively for:

  • Scheduling and managing transportation services
  • Processing payments
  • Verifying driver eligibility and compliance
  • Communication related to your bookings or account

4.3 Data Protection
iShuttle implements reasonable security measures to protect personal data. However, we cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access resulting from factors outside our control.

4.4 Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Data may be shared only with:

  • Drivers assigned to your trip
  • Payment processors
  • Legal authorities if required by law

4.5 Data Retention
We retain relevant information only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, or operational needs.


5. Modification of Terms

iShuttle ATL Inc reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
