Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations are non-refundable.
- If cancelled 1-hr before a scheduled service, a full credit will be automatically issued to you to expire 30 days from the initial cancellation date.
- Service may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.
- Rides are transferable to other members & guests.
- No-Shows are exempt from receiving credit or ride transfers. No-Shows constitute any booked ride where the client is not present upon the driver’s arrival, and without cancellation of reservation within one hour of scheduled service.
